# Digital project call — teaching exercise

ENTIRELY FICTIONAL CALL. No real authority has published it and no funding is available. The conditions below exist only to practise preparing a dossier with Vera. Reference date: 14 September 2026.

## 1. Operating site

The company must have an operating site in Milan.

## 2. Staff

The company must have fewer than ten staff.

## 3. Project

The project must introduce appointment-management software and include staff training in its use.

## 4. Software licences

Costs of new software licences needed for the project are eligible.

## 5. Training

Costs of staff training related to the project are eligible.

## 6. Hardware

Hardware devices are excluded from eligible expenditure.

## 7. Grant percentage

The hypothetical grant equals 50% of eligible expenditure.

## 8. Grant cap

The hypothetical grant cannot exceed EUR 5,000.

## 9. Project description

The dossier must include a description of the proposed project.

## 10. Company declaration

The dossier must include a declaration of the operating site and staff count.

## 11. Quotation

The dossier must include an itemised quotation.

## 12. Application window

The imaginary application window runs from 1 September to 30 September 2026, inclusive.

## 13. Spending commitments

Project costs must not already be committed.

The exercise ends with a dossier for review. There is no portal or submission procedure; no signature or legal declaration is requested.
