CompText Guard 0.1.x is a local hook-based developer plugin with no hosted service and no plugin-owned telemetry.

The default pre-tool hook inspects bounded tool metadata needed to classify a requested shell action. It does not require source code, prompts, credentials, secret values, or environment contents.

Execution-environment providers remain subject to their own privacy terms.
