# Project entity record

Record `project_entity_id`, label, entity type, `obi_entity_id` when matched, match status, Scripture references, research claim IDs, relationships, time and age context, visible role, continuity requirement, and any decision needed.

For a person, maintain this hierarchy:

- **Entity:** enduring identity, such as Simon Peter.
- **Portrayal:** an approved visual identity for that person.
- **Variant:** a style or representation derived from the portrayal.
- **Appearance:** how the person looks at a particular age, time, condition, or scene.

Do not create parallel records to solve uncertainty. Record the uncertainty and request a decision.
