# Image intake and evidence

## Usable inputs

Accept attached images, supported image file identifiers, accessible image URLs, or local image paths in the active runtime. View image content with the available vision capability. Paths and URLs alone are not visual evidence. For private or inaccessible images, ask for an attachment or supported accessible reference rather than assuming access.

One clear product photo or mockup is sufficient to start. Additional views can resolve shape, text, and design placement. Optional product facts refine the analysis but are not a prerequisite. When context contradicts the images, state the conflict and seek clarification only if it prevents a faithful concept.

## Reference ledger

For each relevant image retain:
- Stable image ID and source locator for reference passing.
- Role: product photo, mockup, personalization preview, artwork, or style reference.
- Direct observations: product silhouette, visible design, legible text, color, personalization, and setting.
- User-confirmed facts separate from visual observations.
- Uncertainties: obscured details, unreadable text, uncertain material, or unclear reference role.
- Product features that generation must preserve.

For many inputs, readable contact sheets can support comparison; inspect ambiguous or essential details at full resolution. Report missing or unreadable inputs. Similar images may be alternate views or duplicates, so do not treat image counts as evidence of demand or independent buyers.

## Interpretations

Personalized names may suggest a gifting or belonging angle; they do not prove the purchaser's relationships or intentions. A group scene may suggest a shared occasion; it does not establish pack size or included accessories. A mockup's texture may suggest a material without confirming the manufacturing process.

Support each proposed angle with specific visible features. Keep demand and conversion claims for future testing. Do not retrieve store records or require customer/order data to complete this workflow.

## Generation handoff

Choose the clearest product reference for each concept and add alternate views only when they resolve fidelity questions. Supply references using the actual image tool's supported input mechanism. Keep user-provided facts, visible invariants, and creative scene changes distinct in the prompt. Use style-only references for composition or mood, not as evidence of the target product's features.

Avoid exposing customer identities or other personal information visible in screenshots. Include personalization only where necessary to explain or render the product; omit unrelated contact information and account details.
