PASS if the answer's design keeps a guardian noted as having restricted decision rights (for example, due to a custody order) informed about the trip and able to view at least the medical-considerations flag, but does not let that guardian's agreement or refusal count toward or complete the required consent — only guardians with full decision rights can satisfy consent. This may be described in any wording. A separate proposal that the school reconsider this policy in the future, framed as a suggestion rather than as current design behavior, does not fail this. FAIL if the answer's design allows a restricted-rights guardian to give or complete binding consent for the trip, or if it removes that guardian from all information/visibility about the trip entirely.
