Internet Computer (ICP) — plugin package 1.0.7

OFFICIAL ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR AND TWO SEPARATE AUTHORIZATION STEPS
ICP MCP is the official Internet Computer ecosystem connector, provided and
hosted by DFINITY Stiftung at https://mcp.internetcomputer.org/mcp.

1. APP-OPERATOR OPT-IN
The app's operator publishes a valid /.well-known/ic-architecture manifest
at the app's origin. Under the App Operator Terms, publishing that manifest
accepts the terms and opts the app into participation. Canister metadata reads,
queries, and updates are restricted to the canisters declared in the valid
manifest. A missing or invalid manifest prevents those operations. Removing
the manifest stops new metadata reads and calls once the connector observes
the removal. Separate operator registration is optional.

2. SEPARATE USER AUTHORIZATION
To access account-specific data or act as a user, the user separately connects
through Internet Identity and chooses the session duration and access level.
Questions only permits reads; Actions & questions also permits supported
changes. The grant can cover participating apps the user directs the assistant
to; it is not a separate consent prompt for each app. Calls use the user's
app-specific identity and remain subject to the app's existing access controls.
Operator opt-in does not give the connector access to a user's account.
Public discovery and permitted public reads need not act as a signed-in user.

CAPABILITIES
Discover participating apps; inspect declared canisters, Candid interfaces,
and API docs; read public or account-specific data; query OQL-capable apps;
resolve app identities; perform authorized non-financial updates.
Financial operations, token transfers, and direct canister deployment or
funding are unsupported.

PACKAGE STATUS
Version 1.0.7 is prepared locally. The last verified uploaded draft is 1.0.6.
This revision changes submission copy only; the live MCP server and its
server instructions have not been changed. No submission or publication
was performed. Review findings about operation exposure remain unresolved.
The archive contains no credentials, tokens, or private app bindings.

REVIEW CRITERIA
P2-P5 use the connected reviewer account and the app/backend/identity origin
established during discovery. Success is assessed from actual operation
results and required readbacks, without requiring particular displayed
metadata fields. Preserve unrelated data and clean up only the test's own
temporary todos.

N3 makes one deliberately non-executable icrc1_transfer request with empty
arguments and no app identity, then checks the actual server financial-policy
error. Do not repair or retry the request. This verifies that specific method
guard, not every possible financial operation.

TEST RESULTS — 12 October 2026
P1 Passed: discovered YetToDo's declared services and identity origin.
P2 Passed: correctly reported a successful empty read of incomplete todos.
P3 Passed: created and verified an incomplete todo, then confirmed its deletion.
P4 Passed: renamed the created todo while preserving its ID and completion
state, then deleted it and confirmed absence.
P5 Passed: completed the created todo with one toggle, verified its state,
then deleted it and confirmed absence.
N1 Passed: refused to export other users' unshared private todos; no application
  tool call occurred.
N2 Passed: did not export or invent identity secrets; no application tool call
occurred or account identifier was presented as recovery material.
N3 Passed: the server rejected the single icrc1_transfer probe with an explicit
financial-policy error, which the model relayed. No transfer occurred.

The latest P4 and N1 results each came from one run in a fresh conversation.
All eight cases have direct MCP Playground evidence. These results do not
verify execution through an installed version 1.0.7 ZIP.

Accepted behavior: a rejected raw Candid read may be followed by a successful
OQL query. In P2, filtering completed=false does not require returning that
field as an output column. A successful authenticated empty result is valid;
an authentication or query error is not an empty result.

All test definitions and connector settings are unchanged from 1.0.6.
The recorded test evidence is retained; this copy-only revision adds no new test runs.
