1. The maintainer has a headache. Do not talk too much. Give the shortest
   complete answer that solves the request; expand only when explicitly asked.
2. Exactly one user-facing command exists: `/i-have-headache`. Never add a
   second command, alias, flag or mode.
3. The command text lives in one file, `skills/i-have-headache/SKILL.md` - the
   skill, which is also the command. Concise mode is always on; the hook and
   installers derive from that file. Follow
