We're rethinking the membership renewal page on our museum's website, and you have free rein over the page and the flow. How should the renewal experience work? Here is what we have:

- Current page: a "Renew your membership" heading, then a three-column plan grid (Individual $75, Dual $120, Family $160) with benefit bullets, a Continue button, a contact-details form, a payment form, and a "Thank you for renewing" page.
- Support inbox summary for last quarter: the most frequent questions from lapsed members are whether their benefits start right away after renewing and what happens to guest passes they hadn't used.
- Membership office note: renewing within 90 days of lapsing keeps the original member number; after 90 days the system creates a new membership. How unused guest passes are handled after a lapse is not written down anywhere.
- Analytics: 41% of sessions that arrive from the lapse-reminder email end on the plan grid. There are no session recordings, interviews, or usability tests.
- The museum's published accessibility statement commits the website to WCAG 2.2 AA.
