- Product brief: Project managers prepare proposals for a client's project and revisit revisions later. Office administrators retrieve documents across all projects. Both roles need the current routes retained during any proposed change.
- Rendered-screen transcription: Global navigation has Clients, Projects, Documents, Pricing. A project detail screen shows project name, client, schedule, and a Files tab. Files contains uploaded attachments. A Documents list includes generated proposals with client/project columns. No project-specific proposal entry point appears in the supplied detail-screen capture.
