PASS if the answer's design gives the customer some way to see the scope of what will be deleted before they confirm the downgrade — for example, a count of affected files or versions, a list of what's at risk, or a similar preview — rather than only a generic statement that unspecified old versions will be removed. FAIL if the design conveys only a generic warning with no way for the customer to see how much, or which files or versions, would actually be affected on their account.
