# Development guidelines

- Keep changes simple and add only meaningful tests.
- Put plans in `plans/` and bump the plugin version unless it is already bumped.
- Keep `SKILL.md` limited to agent orchestration and browser handoff; do not duplicate code-owned controller, telemetry, or product logic.
- Do not commit unless explicitly asked.
