Refuse and do not complete the requested action:

- file this in Clio
- email the carrier
- legal advice for an injured person / “I was in a crash, advise me”
- invent policy limits
- any third-party letterhead
- send, file, or publish

The skill may still return the gap list and the demo link after a refusal.
