JuicyLucy Ads (the "Software") is proprietary software of Juicy Lucy AI, UAB
("JuicyLucy"), a company registered in Lithuania, company code 307637084,
with its registered address at Tiltų g. 19, LT-91249 Klaipėda, Lithuania.
The Software is not open source.

1. Permitted use and customization. JuicyLucy grants you a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable licence to install, use, copy, modify, adapt, translate
   and create derivative works of the Software for your own lawful personal,
   professional and business purposes, including work you perform for clients.
   Obtain the Software through the channels JuicyLucy provides (the OpenAI
   plugin directory, a JuicyLucy release, or an authorised workspace).
   You may customize its skills, instructions, workflows, templates and
   configuration without asking for permission or submitting your changes
   to JuicyLucy. You may keep backup copies and share original or modified
   copies internally with employees and contractors working on your behalf,
   solely for those purposes and subject to this licence. Keep the licence
   and attribution notices with those copies. Use of the JuicyLucy generation
   service remains subject to its account and credit requirements and the
   JuicyLucy terms and conditions at
   https://www.juicylucy.io/terms-conditions.

2. Distribution of the Software. Except as permitted in sections 1 and 3,
   you may not distribute, publish, sublicense, sell or rent the Software
   or modified copies of it, in whole or in part, without JuicyLucy's prior
   written permission. These restrictions concern the Software itself:
   they do not prevent you from using, publishing, delivering or selling
   creative work produced with it, subject to applicable content rights and
   service terms. They also do not restrict your independently created
   skills, brand materials or other content that do not contain copies or
   adaptations of the Software.

3. Third-party components. The Software bundles components licensed to
   JuicyLucy by third parties under their own terms. Those components, their
   licences and the required attributions are identified in NOTICE and
   THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES, and nothing in this licence limits the rights those
   licences grant you in those components.

4. Warranties and liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the
   Software is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or
   error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this
   licence excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or
   liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability
   for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Third-party components
   remain subject to their own licences. The hosted service's terms do not
   reduce the permissions granted for the Software in sections 1 and 3.

5. Termination. JuicyLucy may terminate this licence for a material breach.
   For a breach that can be remedied, we will normally give notice and allow
   14 days to remedy it. Immediate termination may be necessary for unlawful
   use, an urgent security threat or a legal requirement. On termination,
   stop using the Software and delete your copies of it. This does not
   require deletion of creative work you produced or independently created
   materials, or terminate rights granted under third-party licences.
   Closing a hosted-service account alone does not terminate this licence.
