Detailed flag specifications for `resend segments` commands.

## segments list

Deleting a segment does NOT delete its contacts.

Lists contacts belonging to a segment. Uses `resend.contacts.list({ segmentId })` which maps to `GET /segments/:segment_id/contacts`.
