Use these overlays to avoid generic calendars. Add only the sections relevant to the user's universe.

## Software and SaaS
Track earnings, ARR/NRR disclosures, price increases, product conferences, AI launches, seat expansion commentary, cloud marketplace events, sales reorg updates, and major customer renewals. Watch billings vs revenue timing, cRPO, net retention, sales efficiency, churn, migration cycles, and AI monetization proof points.

## Usage-based software and internet platforms
Track usage disclosures, pricing metric changes, developer conferences, API/platform policy changes, traffic reports, take-rate updates, creator/merchant events, and large customer ramps. Separate usage volume, price, mix, and margin effects.

## Semiconductors and hardware
Track earnings, customer product cycles, wafer starts, foundry capacity, export controls, supply-chain commentary, capex updates, inventory digestion, product launches, and key customer events. Map events to revenue lag and gross margin mix.

## Consumer, retail, restaurants, and staples

## Asset managers and exchanges

Track OPEC, inventory reports, commodity macro, production updates, reserve reports, hedging updates, capex, regulatory permits, midstream constraints, and M&A. Link events to commodity beta and free cash flow sensitivity.

Track subscriber updates, content launches, sports rights, spectrum auctions, regulatory approvals, advertising market data, game releases, box office, and streaming profitability milestones. Watch churn, ARPU, content amortization, and capex.

## M&A and special situations
Track announcement date, HSR/antitrust filings, shareholder vote, financing commitment, regulatory approvals, go-shop expiration, tender deadlines, outside date, walk rights, court dates, and closing window. Keep path-dependent milestones visible.

## Macro/rates/cross-asset overlays
Track central bank meetings, CPI, payrolls, PMIs, retail sales, auctions, fiscal deadlines, FX policy, commodity reports, and geopolitical deadlines. Map each event to portfolio exposures: rates duration, credit spreads, dollar, oil/gas, cyclicals, defensives, banks, real estate, and high-multiple growth.
