No tool is offered for ending a tenancy (encerrar), deleting a contract or applying a reajuste. ChatGPT is given a link and you do it in the app. You can also limit a connection to read only when you approve it.\n\nEach person connects with their own AluguelManager account and ChatGPT sees only their data. Tenant CPF and CNPJ are masked before any result leaves the server, leaving only the last two digits.
