If it is closed, your request waits and the chat tells you so; nothing is lost and asking again is safe.\n\nWhat you need\nA Brvvo account (you can create one at brvvo.com) and the Brvvo app installed on your computer. You sign in on a Brvvo page when you connect, and the chat never sees your sign-in details.\n\nWhat it does not do\nIt only works with your own Brvvo account, cannot see anyone else's projects, never deletes projects and does not change account settings.
