This plugin lets the administrator of a firm that already uses Chatinbox ask about the firm's own conversation numbers: how many conversations and customer messages arrived in a period, how many of them were new conversations, how many messages the Chatinbox bot sent, and at which hours of the day customers write most.\n\nThe plugin is read-only. It returns only counts and dates for the firm that signed in. It never returns customer names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses or message text, and it cannot send messages or change anything in Chatinbox.\n\nLimits: one request covers at most 92 days. Days are counted in the firm's own time zone. Messages written by staff are not counted. Days before the firm's first recorded day are reported as \"no data\", not as zero.\n\nSign-in: a Chatinbox firm administrator signs in with the firm code, user name and password used for the Chatinbox panel.
