This plugin lets ChatGPT look up companies in it.\n\nWhat you can ask\n- Register facts about a company: legal form, UID (Switzerland) or Firmenbuch number (Austria), seat, status, registered purpose, share capital and former names.\n- Companies of a trade in a town, postcode, canton or Bundesland, for example accountants in 8400 Winterthur or tax advisers in Tirol.\n- Whether a company still exists, and under which name a company with a former name is registered today.\n- Listings that business owners maintain themselves, with their short description, website and public phone number.\n\nWhere the data comes from\nSwiss entries come from Zefix, the central business name index of the Federal Commercial Registry Office (EHRA). Austrian entries come from the Firmenbuch, published as open data by the Republic of Austria, represented by the Federal Ministry of Justice (CC BY 4.0). Every answer names its source. The plugin returns active companies only.\n\nWhat it does not do\nIt does not search for persons, gives no contact details for register entries, keeps no lists of insolvencies or deletions, and gives no credit information. It is a private directory, not the official register, and its data has no legal effect. For a certified extract use zefix.admin.ch or JustizOnline.\n\nHow results are ordered\nName match first, then listings maintained by the owner, then rating (from three reviews), then name. Paid plans on FIRMEN.directory have no influence on inclusion, order or presentation, and the plugin shows no advertising.\n\nNo account is needed and the plugin is free. Each result links to the company's profile on FIRMEN.directory. Answers are in your language; company data and source lines are German.","display_name":"FIRMEN.directory","id":"pluginrel_cacac07fb6d081918bbdd1195a7dfa1b","interface":{"brand_color":null,"capabilities":[],"category":"Business & Operations","composer_icon_dark_url":"https://files.openai.com/content?id=file_00000000ba508243b1f85b7683664dff","composer_icon_url":"https://files.openai.com/content?id=file_00000000ba508243b1f85b7683664dff","default_prompt":"What is the legal form and UID of Victorinox AG?","default_prompts":["What is the legal form and UID of Victorinox AG?","Find accountants in 8400 Winterthur","Is Andritz AG in Graz still registered, and under which Firmenbuch number?"],"developer_name":"Krasen Markov","logo_url":"https://files.openai.com/content?id=file_00000000c22481f480dbd0a66ab5ddb7","logo_url_dark":"https://files.openai.com/content?id=file_00000000c22481f480dbd0a66ab5ddb7","long_description":"FIRMEN.directory is a company directory for Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
