The assistant creates a request; you approve it in the FotoAsist app (with Face ID on mobile), and only then is it recorded or sent. No money is moved: a payment request only records a payment you have already received.\n\nYou choose what the assistant may do with three switches in FotoAsist under Settings > Connected apps (Add clients, jobs and reminders / Record payments / Send to clients; sending is off by default). Nothing can be permanently deleted, refunded or invoiced through the connection, and client phone numbers and email addresses stay hidden unless you choose to share them.
