You get a one-line verdict and every problem found, with the invoice's own numbers.\n- Extract invoice data: vendor and customer, invoice number and dates, PO number, currency, totals, tax lines and every line item as JSON, with High / Medium / Low confidence for the document and for each field. Documents you send go into that workspace and count against its plan, like an upload on the website. Saved-workspace access requires the relevant viewing, editing, approval or export permissions; an older connection may need reconnection with additional consent. Your current workspace role and plan still apply. Preview an exact saved change, confirm it, then apply it; previews expire after five minutes. Remove access at any time under Account, Sessions, Connected apps.\n\nLimitations: new invoice processing accepts one invoice per call; PDFs and photos up to 10 MB; only public https links are downloaded (private, internal and plain-http addresses are refused). It does not pay suppliers, move money or issue customer invoices. Saved invoice approval may trigger configured automatic accounting export; direct provider pushes and provider authorization remain on the secure website.
