This app connects your Reppy account to ChatGPT so you can plan training by chatting.\n\nWhat it can read: your workout plans and routines, the routine you have selected to do next, your finished workouts (sets, reps, weight, notes, duration), and per-exercise stats (last performed, best set, volume).\n\nWhat it can write, only after you confirm in the chat: create a plan, create a routine in a plan, and replace the exercises of an existing routine. Everything it saves appears in the Reppy app signed in with the same account after the next sync.\n\nWhat it never does: delete plans, routines or workouts, log or edit finished workouts, change your selected routine, or touch Apple Health or Health Connect.\n\nWeights are always in kilograms; ChatGPT converts pounds for you. Exercises are matched to Reppy's exercise catalog by English name, whatever language you chat in. If a name does not match, nothing is saved and ChatGPT shows you close matches to choose from.\n\nYou sign in with Apple or Google on a Reppy page and review what the AI may read and write before you tap Allow. You can disconnect at any time at reppy-api.moseoh.com/connections or in ChatGPT.
