What did they last say?\n- Who has promised to pay, and did they?\n- Chase a customer: the agent writes the follow-up and leaves it in the app for you to approve.\n\nThe plugin reads your book and can ask for a draft. It cannot send an email, approve a draft, or change anything in your accounting system.
