If the request comes from a lead with no event yet, propose `convert_lead_to_event` (or `create_event`) first, and confirm before creating anything.\n2. **Gather requirements.** Confirm: date(s), guest count, spaces to book, catering or packages, extras (AV, staff, cleaning), and any client-specific pricing agreement. Ask only for what is missing.\n3. **Ground pricing in the catalog.** Call `list_catalog_items` and select items that match the requirements. Never invent an item or a price; if something the client wants has no catalog item, tell the user and let them decide (create it with `create_catalog_item` only on request).\n4. **Create the quote.** Call `create_quote` linked to the event, then `add_quote_items` with the selected catalog items and quantities (guest count for per-person items, number of days for daily rates).\n5. **Verify before showing.** Call `get_quote_details` and check line items, quantities, discounts, and totals against the requirements.
