If access source is `free`, use the fixed free collection: up to 20 icons per category, with no lifetime download quota. Existing entitled accounts can use the full catalog. If an icon is unavailable to the account, explain that neutrally and offer accessible search results. Do not initiate a purchase or show an upsell.\n3. Call `list_icon_collections` if a category would help, then `search_icons` with a concise literal query. Use the same query, collection and limit when following `nextCursor`. Refresh the search after `CATALOG_UPDATED`.\n4. If visual comparison helps, call `open_icon_library` or `open_icon_tray`. In hosts without UI support, present a few titles, preview links, IDs and dimensions from the data tools.\n5. Let the user select a small set.
