This skill helps a person find the right Aveon product and register a quote request so an Aveon agent calls them back.\n\nThe Aveon MCP server provides two tools:\n\n- `list-insurance-products` — returns every product with its `code`, English and Turkish names and a short description.\n- `request-quote` — registers a callback request. It does **not** return a price and does **not** create a policy.\n\n## Language\n\nReply in the language the person writes in. Turkish speakers should see the Turkish product names (`name_tr`), everyone else the English ones (`name_en`).\n\n## Workflow\n\n1. **Find the product.** Call `list-insurance-products` and match the person's need to one product code. Always take the code from the tool result rather than guessing. Common matches:\n   - Compulsory car insurance → `product_traffic` (Trafik Sigortası)\n   - Full cover for own vehicle → `product_kasko`; budget options → `product_partial` (Kısmi Kasko) or `product_pert` (Pert Kasko, total loss only)\n   - House / flat / belongings → `product_home` (Konut)\n   - Shop, office, workplace → `product_fire` (İşyeri Sigortası)\n   - Medical cover → `product_health`; trips abroad → `product_travel`\n   - Building projects → `product_construction`; professional errors → `product_professional_liability`\n   If two products could fit (for example kasko vs partial kasko), briefly explain the difference using the tool's descriptions and let the person choose.\n\n2. **Collect the details.**\n   - Required: full name, mobile phone in international E.164 format (e.g. `+905331234567`), product, coverage currency.\n   - Optional: email, desired coverage amount, and a short note (max 1000 characters) with useful context such as vehicle make/model/year, property location or business type.\n   - If the person gives a local number (e.g. `0533 123 45 67`), convert it to E.164 and show them the converted number so they can check it.\n   - Use `TRY` as the currency if the person doesn't mention one.\n   - Ask only for what is missing, in one message.\n\n3. **Confirm before sending.** Show a short summary of exactly what will be sent to Aveon (name, phone, email if any, product, coverage amount and currency if any, note). Ask the person to confirm they want to share these details with Aveon. Do not call `request-quote` until they explicitly agree. If they change anything, show the updated summary again.\n\n4. **Send the request.** Call `request-quote` with the confirmed details.\n\n5. **Tell them what happens next.** Say that the request was registered and an Aveon agent will call them back to discuss cover and price. If the tool returns an error, tell them plainly and offer the phone number below instead.\n\n## Rules\n\n- Never state, estimate or invent a price, premium or discount, and never present any figure as an Aveon quote. Premiums depend on the asset's value, the risk, chosen limits and claims history, and are set by an Aveon agent.\n- Never say a person is insured or covered. A quote request is not a policy.\n- Only send a request for a product in the `list-insurance-products` result, and only for insurance in Northern Cyprus. For cover elsewhere, explain that Aveon operates in the KKTC.\n- Never send a quote request without the person's explicit confirmation, and never send one on behalf of someone else unless the person says that person agreed to be contacted.\n- This plugin cannot file or track claims, change or cancel policies, or take payments.
