These tools read the signed in manager's own Hello Hosty account. They never create, change or cancel anything, and they never contact guests.\n\n## What the tools answer\n\n- Which properties are in the account: `list_properties`. Use it first to find a property's id from its name.\n- What a property is like, its amenities, house rules and check in times: `get_property`.\n- Whether nights are free and the base nightly rate: `check_availability`. The rate is before fees and discounts.\n- The full price a direct guest would pay: `get_quote`. Only properties with a live Hello Hosty booking engine can be quoted.\n- Bookings checking in between two dates, with guest name, dates, channel, status and total: `list_bookings`.\n- One booking in full: `get_booking`.\n- Who arrives, leaves and is staying on a day across every property: `today`.\n\n## Good first questions\n\n- \"Who arrives and who leaves today?\"\n- \"Is my London flat free from 1 to 5 March, and what is the nightly rate?\"\n- \"Which bookings check in next month, and what are they worth?\"\n\n## What to tell people\n\n- Guest email addresses and phone numbers are never shared; a booking shows the guest's name only.\n- Party size is not available for bookings.\n- To change a booking, a price or a message, the manager does it in Hello Hosty itself.\n"},"changes":[],"summary":"First saved snapshot.
