Use when the user asks what EDI a retailer requires, how to get set up, which documents they must send, or what chargebacks to watch for.\n---\n\nUse this workflow when the user is preparing to trade with a retailer, or asks what a retailer expects. The user's own instructions take priority over these steps.\n\n## Steps\n\n1. Call `get_retailer_edi_requirements` with the retailer name.\n - If it is not found, show the list of covered retailers the tool returns and ask whether one of them is meant. Do not fill the gap from general knowledge and present it as the retailer's requirement.\n2. The widget shows who sends what, setup steps and published chargebacks. In your reply, say which documents the retailer sends and which the supplier sends back, the two or three things that most often cause chargebacks for this retailer, and the next step. Include fee amounts only when the tool returned them; when `figures_withheld` is true, say amounts exist but have not been verified from a public retailer source, and point to the official resources and the `source_url`.\n3. Offer a go-live checklist: trading partner setup and IDs; for each transaction a test document (draft_edi_responses on their test 850 for the 855, 856 and 810, then validate_edi_document and check_edi_for_retailer on each); GS1-128 labels where the retailer requires an ASN (sscc-carton-labels skill); a 997 for every inbound document; then production cutover.\n4. When the user has sample documents for testing, run them through `validate_edi_document` with the retailer name, following the edi-troubleshooting skill.\n\n## Rules\n\n- Present the tool's data as OrderSync's published summary with its source link, not as the retailer's official guide. Retailers change requirements; the official portal is the final word.\n- Do not state chargeback amounts that the tool did not return.\n- Keep it practical: what to send, in what order, and what goes wrong most often.\n"},"changes":[],"summary":"First saved snapshot.
