# Terms of use

CFDAgent is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
License (CC BY 4.0). The full legal text is in [LICENSE](LICENSE). You may use,
adapt, and share the licensed material, including commercially, subject to
that license's attribution and other conditions. This document adds no
restrictions to those licensed rights; the license controls any conflict.

The license applies to this plugin's original material. Referenced papers,
third-party solvers, libraries, data, websites, and host applications retain
their own licenses and terms.

## Operation and resources

The plugin provides instructions and references. Actions are carried out by
the host application's tools within your instructions and permissions.
Running a simulation requires a suitable solver and computing environment.
The package does not include cloud computation, solver licenses, or compute
credits. You manage the systems, accounts, resource costs, and data you use.

## Interpretation of results

CFD results depend on the physical model, input data, numerical settings, and
verification appropriate to their intended use. The plugin does not certify
simulation results or replace the user's assessment of the evidence.

## Warranties and other services

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability are those in Section 5
of the CC BY 4.0 license, subject to applicable law. Use of a host application
or external service is governed separately by that provider's terms.
