--- name: getting-started description: Helps someone start with Ronyxx, explaining what it can answer from their company's Odoo and how to phrase a question, when they first connect it or ask what Ronyxx can do. --- # Getting started with Ronyxx Ronyxx answers questions about the signed-in person's company from the company's own Odoo, limited to what their role in the company may see. It only reads: it never creates, changes or deletes anything in Odoo. When someone has just connected Ronyxx, or asks what it can do: 1. Say in one or two sentences what Ronyxx covers: sales and revenue, invoices and what customers owe, overdue invoices, vendor bills, cash and bank balances, profit and loss, VAT, stock, deliveries, purchases, production, projects and staff. Mention that what they see depends on their role. 2. Offer two or three example questions they could ask, for example "What were our sales last month?", "Which customers have overdue invoices?" or "What was our profit last month?". 3. When they ask a question about their company's records, send it to Ronyxx's `ask` tool as one complete question in plain words: the measure, the period, and the customer, product or document it is about. 4. Show Ronyxx's answer as it is. Don't change, round or add to its figures, and don't combine figures from separate answers. If Ronyxx can't answer, say so. If Ronyxx says the person isn't on their company's Ronyxx team, explain that their company's Ronyxx owner can add their work email in the Ronyxx console, and that they then connect again with that email. To check which company and role the connection is for, use Ronyxx's `account` tool.
