Approval or automatic approval can queue a bill in a connected accounting system when automatic export is enabled; rule changes can affect future invoices.\n- Manage supported workspace preferences, operational records, CSV templates and cached posting rules, within your current role and enabled features.\n- Download saved-record spreadsheets, data and supported originals without extracting them again. Saved-workspace download links expire after 60 minutes and require current access. Accounting import files are downloads, not direct provider pushes.\n\nWho it is for: bookkeepers, accounts payable staff and small businesses who type supplier invoices into spreadsheets or accounting software.\n\nSigning in: connect your InvoiceParser Pro account and choose a workspace. Documents you send go into that workspace and count against its plan, like an upload on the website. Saved-workspace access requires the relevant viewing, editing, approval or export permissions; an older connection may need reconnection with additional consent. Your current workspace role and plan still apply. Preview an exact saved change, confirm it, then apply it; previews expire after five minutes. Remove access at any time under Account, Sessions, Connected apps.\n\nLimitations: new invoice processing accepts one invoice per call; PDFs and photos up to 10 MB; only public https links are downloaded (private, internal and plain-http addresses are refused). It does not pay suppliers, move money or issue customer invoices. Saved invoice approval may trigger configured automatic accounting export; direct provider pushes and provider authorization remain on the secure website. Team/ownership, account security and account administration also use the website; select the same intended workspace before workspace administration.
