Research $ARGUMENTS using the public-records-research skill.

If the organization is missing, ask for its name or identifier. Resolve identity first with `resolve`, then use `entity_timeline`, `entity_material_events`, `dossier`, or `company_profile` only as the question requires. Include an answer, a dated source/record table with exact URLs, coverage and freshness gaps, and any unresolved identity ambiguity. Report institution-level facts without PII or unsupported accusations.
