"longDescription": "FoundRole is an AI job search and job application tracker. Search live openings from company career pages in any country by job title, location, and date posted: jobs near you within the distance you set, remote jobs and work-from-home jobs open to your country, hybrid or on-site, full-time or part-time, by experience level. Not sure which title to search? FoundRole asks which role you want and where, saves the role you pick, and searches that exact role from then on. Save the jobs you like to your tracker without leaving the chat.\n\nEvery job comes with data to judge it by: pay against market rates, a ghost-job risk grade for how likely the posting is still open, and the day it was last seen live. For US jobs you also see the employer's visa sponsorship record from public H-1B filings and E-Verify status, and you can keep only employers that sponsor. Add your resume or complete your FoundRole profile, and each job also shows a match score and the skills you're missing. Found a role on LinkedIn or a company careers page? Paste the link to get the same analysis, then compare two to four jobs side by side.\n\nThe resume checker shows how hiring software reads your resume: which sections, skills, and dates it recognized, and what it missed.\n\nMove applications through Saved, Applied, Interviewing, and Offered, keep notes, contacts, and offer details on each one, and set follow-up reminders that arrive with a calendar invite. Get daily, weekly, or monthly job alerts, job recommendations for your role, and answers to career questions from FoundRole's own guides on resumes, interviews, and salary.\n\nRequires a FoundRole account; you sign in once when you connect. Every result links to the full list on FoundRole, and everything stays in sync with the FoundRole website.",
