# Get Started

Use this skill only for its stated purpose. Follow the shared source-of-truth, permission and evidence rules in `../../references/workflow-contract.md`. Read `../../references/repository-discovery.md` for detailed method when necessary.

## Procedure
1. Identify whether the user wants explanation, debugging, implementation, review, refactoring, migration, testing, data/AI code hardening or release prep.
2. Determine what source is actually available: repository, upload, code excerpt or no files. Prefer direct action when the request is clear and tools are provided.
3. Read `../../references/workflow-contract.md`. Use the closest focused skill, not a stack of generic checklists.
4. If external coding tools are absent, provide a useful patch/spec and clearly label tests not run; do not claim execution or agent parallelism.
5. Preserve architecture and public contracts. Do not initiate external side effects without applicable authorization.
Deliver a concise scope, selected workflow, useful artifact or next action, and evidence limits.

## Handoff rule
State actual artifacts or grounded code findings and validation status. Never invent file paths, executed tests, tool access, or completed subagent work. Keep output proportionate to the user request.
