Veridion collects these itself from the government systems of record. Each result includes a receipt link to the government's own document so you can verify it.\n\nLimits: Amounts are the ranges stated on the filing, not exact figures. Disclosures can be filed up to 45 days after a trade, so recent activity may not appear yet. When a source is behind, the status tool says so and explains why. Results are capped at 25 rows per request and 60 requests per hour. All tools are read-only. Veridion Markets does not place trades, hold accounts, or give investment advice.",
