"description": "Keep your rental work hours and supporting evidence organized with PropHours. Connect your PropHours account to review activities by property, date, or category, check progress toward personal annual goals, and record work you actually performed after confirming the property, task, date, and minutes. You can attach a receipt to an existing activity and review stays from booking calendars you previously imported. Assistant-created activities are marked in your account and sync with the iOS app. Booking dates do not establish hours worked. PropHours is a record-keeping tool; it does not determine tax eligibility or provide tax, legal, or financial advice.",
