Use Flywheel inside your own ChatGPT or Claude account. This shows manual setup before directory approval. Public comparisons need no Flywheel account. In Claude, open Customize, Connectors, Yours, then Add custom connector. Enter a name and paste the exact calculator server URL shown on screen. Choose Sign in when needed and Register automatically, then Add. In a new chat, open the plus menu, choose Connectors and enable Flywheel. In ChatGPT, open Plugins, Add, then Add custom MCP server. Enter the name and the same server URL. Choose OAuth or no authentication. Open Advanced OAuth settings. Use Dynamic Client Registration. Keep openid as the default scope and offline_access as the base scope. Disable OIDC and clear its extra scopes. Create the private plugin. Choose Use without an account for public comparisons. For member features, sign in to Flywheel with your own account and emailed code. Never put that code in the AI chat. Check the Flywheel consent page and the return destination. Allow calculator access only if you agree. It permits membership checks and calculations, not saved plans or GoMining transactions. Select Flywheel in your chat and ask what you want to compare. Confirm the miner kind and the planning date, not just the purchase date. Answer the relevant questions in stages. This confirmed fictional example compares maintenance for one ordinary miner. The actual result is about eighty cents without GOM payment and sixty-three cents with it. These are assumed costs, not a live quote. Compare loose GOM and locks, or BTC, GOM and TH reinvestment. Check all remaining assets and warnings. Unknown balances must stay unknown; the model does not rank whole-portfolio returns. A free Basic account does not unlock PLUS. Eligible PLUS and Founder accounts can use advanced calculations, within the connector limits. Disconnect in your AI client to revoke that connection. P1: The public maintenance example uses a fictional ordinary miner at one hundred terahash and twelve watts per terahash. The actual cost is point seven nine eight dollars without GOM payment, or point six three dollars with it. Starting BTC is unknown; all remaining assets are shown. P2: The thirty day GOM and locks comparison preserves one hundred terahash and point zero zero one five newly retained BTC in both cases. Baseline loose GOM ends at two hundred fifteen point two five, with two hundred fifty locked. The alternative has seventy two point seven five loose, and four hundred locked. P3: The reinvestment example shows four routes with different remaining assets. TH reinvestment ends near one hundred six point eight nine terahash, while the BTC route retains more BTC. This is not a whole portfolio ranking: miner resale values, taxes and unknown starting BTC are excluded. P4: This is a presentation of the actual hosted OAuth replay, not an AI client screenshot. The dedicated PLUS account passed the advanced calculation with the exact fictional fixture. It allocated eighty six additional terahash initially. The result reports reserve shortfall days; that is not the same as unpaid maintenance. P5: In the same real hosted PLUS replay, Horizons returned Ready. The TH system comparison exceeded the one point one hurdle. GOM also exceeded that numeric hurdle, but remained evidence gated. Its ending asset inventory is unknown, so the demonstration does not invent one. N1: The real Basic reviewer account was checked separately. Both protected tools returned PLUS required without protected results. A Basic sign in does not unlock PLUS. The replay also verified that revoked test tokens are rejected and normal sign in remains unchanged. N2: For missing inputs, the server rejects invalid calculations. In the actual Claude test, the clarified starter prompt asks only miner kind and planning date first, and waits for the answer. The initial generic prompt asked for a purchase date, which is why our example explicitly says planning date. N3: The actual Claude test refused saved plan loading, GoMining wallet access, buying GOM and transfers into locks. Those tools do not exist in this connector. Reviewers can reproduce all eight cases with the supplied fictional fixtures and dedicated accounts; the applications remain drafts.
