"longDescription": "Coordinate your autonomous workforce with one ChatGPT in Lead360 Work Mode, using browser mode in an available local or cloud Codex environment. Your Ask360 bots already work in parallel and communicate with one another. ChatGPT coordinates the team, follows each Ask360 bot's existing workday and schedule, and uses its live memory, insights, proactive learning, Sets, and Collections to keep authorized work moving. Review huddles, follow up on results, and check progress across the workforce from one place. When your current dot is connected to this work, message or call it for a workforce update and give new direction. The plugin reads Lead360's current operating guides and helps the coordinator resume saved assignments and check ongoing jobs. Lead360's future vision for dots is a digital office where each AI employee has an assigned dot and its own computer workspace, extending today's shared workforce coordination into individual workstations.",
