Ask in plain language, and ChatGPT fetches the data from LiteLog.\n\nRead: sites (properties) with their settings, tasks and their activity, incident reports, checkpoints and checkpoint coverage, patrol routes and patrols, shifts, staffing gaps, shift attendance and replacement suggestions, time entries, absences (never the reason), people (name and role, no contact data), qualifications, customers, work orders, material stock and movements, form templates and filled-in forms, service levels, target/actual comparisons and your own vacation and time balances.\n\nWrite (level \"Read and write\" only): create and update tasks, add comments and notes, change a task's status, report incidents and set their status or category, plan and update shifts, add time entries (with a reason, at most 45 days back), create and update checkpoints, patrol routes and sites, request material, create form templates as drafts, and request a report as a download link valid for 60 minutes. Nothing can be deleted, drafts are published by a person in LiteLog, and approvals stay with people. No payments.\n\nPermissions: each user signs in to LiteLog, sees which program is asking and chooses \"Read\" or \"Read and write\". The connection inherits the user's role and sites and can never do more than the user can do in LiteLog.\n\nSetup: an administrator allows the AI connection once for the company in the LiteLog portal (Features > Connections). It is off by default. Requires a LiteLog package that includes the REST API. Customer access accounts cannot connect.\n\nDisconnect any time in the portal; it takes effect immediately.
