"displayName": "Everythings",
"shortDescription": "Review what your agents write",
"longDescription": "Everythings is a workspace app for notes, lists, and the work your AI agents produce. It is made for people who run coding agents across several projects and want to read, approve, and correct what those agents write from wherever they are, including a phone.\n\nA workspace holds a tree of \"things\". A thing is one unit of work: a name, a Markdown body, and a position among other things. Things nest, so a plan sits under its project and a decision sits under its plan. Marks are emoji reactions on a thing, and comments are threaded discussion on it.\n\nThis plugin lets ChatGPT and Codex read and write that structure directly.\n\nWhat the plugin can do:\n\n- Search every workspace you have access to, by name, tags, or body text\n- Read a thing's full content, along with its sub-things, comments, and marks\n- Create and edit things, nest them, reorder them, and move or copy them between workspaces\n- Create and rename workspaces\n- Add comments and react with emoji marks\n- Ask you a question on a thing, and read your answer later\n- Show a workspace or a thing as the Everythings view inside the chat, where ChatGPT renders app views\n\nHow the review loop works:\n\nAn agent working on a task creates a thing for each result: a plan, a set of findings, a log entry from a scheduled run. When it needs a decision, it attaches a question to the thing, with options if it has them, and stops. The question waits on the thing, appears in your inbox, and Everythings can notify you. You answer from your phone or the web, or tell the agent in the chat, and the agent reads the answer on its next run. Every thing, comment, and mark an agent writes carries the agent's name, so its work is easy to tell from yours. Comments tell the agent what to change. Marks are your own record of what you reviewed, and the agent can read them back. A new workspace can start from the Agent workflow template, which lays out Agent tasks, Human tasks, Plans, and Logs.\n\nFor everyday use, ask it to keep what you just worked out (\"save this under Travel\") or to bring back something from months ago (\"what did we decide about the roof?\").\n\nRead tools are annotated read-only, so they run without a confirmation each time. Editing a thing, deleting one, renaming a workspace, and removing a mark are annotated destructive, so ChatGPT confirms them with you first. Editing replaces a thing's content in full, so the current version is read before it is changed. A deleted thing goes to Trash and can be restored; emptying Trash stays a human action in the app.\n\nAuthentication is OAuth. Sign in with your Everythings account, grant access once, and revoke it at any time from your Everythings settings. The plugin reaches only the workspaces your account can open, and nothing it writes is published outside them.",
