Long names and addresses shrink to fit the label. Start on any label of a partly used sheet (for example label 7), print copies of each label, sort by ZIP or name, add outlines, or print an alignment test page first. Letters with accents, Polish, Greek and Cyrillic names print correctly.\n\nThe preview in the chat shows the first sheet with each label in place, a sheet picker and a starts-at-label control. You also get a cleaned address list as CSV with problems per row (missing ZIP, unknown state, duplicates).\n\nLimitations: US Letter sheets only; addresses are formatted but not verified against USPS data; no postage, barcodes or label printers; up to 10,000 rows per file and 15,000 labels per PDF; Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and emoji characters are left out of the PDF.
