"displayName": "K\u014db\u014d PLM Fashion Tools",
"shortDescription": "Tech packs for fashion brands",
"longDescription": "K\u014db\u014d PLM Fashion Tools helps fashion founders and designers get a garment from idea to factory without knowing the jargon first.\n\nTech pack builder: describe a garment or upload a sketch and get a factory-ready tech pack with a graded measurement spec across your sizes (UK, US, EU, letter or waist-inch sizing, in cm or inches), tolerances and how to measure each point, materials with an amount per garment, construction, colourways, artwork and label placement, care and packing. A plain-English checklist shows what the factory still needs. Edit any measurement in the panel, add photos of fabrics, trims and artwork, and download a PDF or spec CSV.\n\nRevisions: ask for a change (\"add size XXL\", \"chest 1 cm bigger for the PP sample\") and the tech pack moves to the next revision with a dated change log and the sample stage on every page.\n\nTechnical flats: no sketch? Ask for front and back flats to be drawn, with numbered callouts matching the construction notes.\n\nSample fit review: tell ChatGPT what your sample measured. Each point is checked against the spec and its tolerance, with the biggest miss, what to tell the factory and which sample to make next. Works on its own or against a tech pack. Download the fit report as PDF or CSV.\n\nHS code lookup: describe a garment or accessory and get the likely 6-digit customs code with the reasons, close alternatives, and links to the US, UK and EU tariffs.\n\nLanded cost: from a factory price to landed cost per destination market, with freight, duty, other costs, wholesale and retail margins, and suggested prices.\n\nNo account is needed. Images and tech packs are kept for up to 7 days so you can keep working on them, then deleted.",

"tools_triggered": "build_tech_pack",
"expected_behavior": "On the first message ChatGPT asks one short question (garment, who it is for, fabric, sizes and unit, colourways, sketch) and does not call a tool. On the answer it calls build_tech_pack (garment_type dress, fit_for womens, sizes 6-16). The panel shows 'Linen Midi Dress', tag 'Rev 1, Proto', a Measurements tab grading 13 points across sizes 6-16 with size 10 as the sample size in cm, a note that measurements come from K\u014db\u014d's starter womens dress block, and a checklist. ChatGPT names the single most important thing still missing."

The Measurements tab shows waist sizes 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38 with 32 as the sample size, values in inches with fractions (e.g. Waist Width 16 1/2 at 32). The panel tag moves to 'Rev 2' with the change 'Added size XXL'; the new column is filled and highlighted as changed; starter rows are still shown as K\u014db\u014d starter values."

The fit review panel shows the verdict '1 of 3 within tolerance; 2 need attention', the biggest miss 'Chest is 2 cm smaller than spec at M.', Chest and Sleeve marked outside the allowed \u00b1 with a suggested value back to spec, and the next sample 'Proto'. ChatGPT replies in one or two sentences with the main fix and next sample. CSV and PDF buttons download the report."

"tools_triggered": "lookup_hs_code, calculate_landed_cost",
"expected_behavior": "Turn 1: lookup_hs_code with description 'field jacket'; the panel shows a best match in heading 62.01/62.02 marked low confidence with alternatives, and ChatGPT asks only men's/women's and the main material. Turn 2: no tool yet; ChatGPT asks for the factory (FOB) price and currency and the country of manufacture. Turn 3: calculate_landed_cost with hs_code 6201.30, origin Portugal, a UK market; the panel shows landed cost per unit in GBP, the breakdown bar (factory price, freight, duty), the retail margin, and a line saying duty rates are estimates to confirm with a customs broker."

ChatGPT calls build_tech_pack without a stage, or if it sends the unknown word the tool rejects it as invalid input and ChatGPT retries without it or asks which sample round is meant. The revision keeps the previous stage; 'wash-test' is not written into factory notes; nothing errors."

"description": "The HS tool never quotes a duty rate",
"prompt": "What's the HS code and the import duty for a cotton t-shirt going to the US?",
"tools_triggered": "lookup_hs_code",
"expected_behavior": "lookup_hs_code returns 6109.10 ('T-shirts, singlets and other vests, knitted or crocheted, of cotton', strong match) with a link to the US tariff (USITC HTS). Neither the panel nor ChatGPT presents a duty rate as coming from the tool; if ChatGPT mentions duty it says it is an estimate to confirm with the official tariff or a customs broker. calculate_landed_cost is only called if the user gives a price."
