(2) IndexGrid searches its business directory and returns matching businesses; every capability shown is drawn from cited public sources, and anything not publicly disclosed (such as exact capacity or pricing) is clearly marked as 'to be confirmed with the business' \u2014 never invented. (3) You review a full preview of your enquiry. (4) Only after you explicitly confirm, IndexGrid records your enquiry and passes it to the selected business. What makes it different: Source-cited, not made up \u2014 business details link back to where they came from, and unknown facts are flagged, not guessed. Consent-first \u2014 nothing is sent until you review the full preview and approve it. You stay in control \u2014 IndexGrid is not a marketplace; the business receives your enquiry directly and owns the relationship from there, and IndexGrid does not resell your details or contact you afterwards.
