Your vehicle-rental counter
RentnRide is the system a Bangladeshi vehicle-rental shop runs its counter on — bikes and cars out by the hour, the half-day, the day, the week or the month, with deposits, advances, handovers, dues and overdue tracking. This connector gives the owner and staff of ONE rental company a plain-language way into their own live records.

Ask what is free next weekend and get the count per class, with registrations, before you quote anybody. Ask what is happening today and get the bikes physically out, the ones due back before midnight and the ones already late. Ask who owes money and get it oldest first, with a number to ring. Ask what actually earns — by vehicle, by class, by channel or by driver — and get what was collected, biggest first, with deposits kept out of it because a deposit is money you expect to give back. Ask what one rental would come to and get the total with the rate-card lines it is built from. Ask about one booking by the number your staff say out loud and get its whole story.

With the owner's permission it also runs the counter: make a booking and hold the vehicle, extend it or move it to another bike, cancel it, hand a vehicle out and take it back with the meter reading, take a payment or hand a deposit back, charge a late fee the return worked out or damage the owner has assessed, add a vehicle and record when its papers expire, take one off the road for service and put it back, publish a price list, bar a customer or lift a bar, change what the public page says, and mint a link a renter opens to see their own booking. Each of those is a SEPARATE permission on the consent screen, in Bangla and English, and each says what it will do to the shop before it is granted.

Everything is scoped to the single rental company the signed-in user belongs to. No tool takes a company, tenant or shard parameter, and there is no way to ask for one. It cannot double-book a vehicle — that is decided inside one SQL statement by the platform's conflict authority, not by anything a model says. It cannot reverse a payment, book around a bar, change a colleague's role, or read an NID or licence number: those need a manager standing at the counter with their own credential, and there is deliberately no tool for any of them.

Amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka, held as integer paisa. Dates are Asia/Dhaka. Bangla and English both work.",
