"release_notes": "Resubmission addressing the October 20 annotation feedback. All tools explicitly set readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, openWorldHint and idempotentHint to JSON booleans. Additive create/import operations are non-destructive; overwrites, cancellation, revocation, spending and irreversible sends remain destructive. Bounded workspace/catalogue/fixed-provider operations are closed-world; calls, messages, customer-selected SIP probes and outbound campaign dispatch are open-world. Read-only tools perform no business mutation or queued work. Calls remain enabled with explicit consent, approval, funding and admission safeguards. The OpenAI-specific endpoint is https://api.skysay.ai/mcp/openai; it excludes create_wallet_topup from both discovery and execution and has no wallet:write OAuth scope. A fresh OAuth connection is required for this resource. General and Claude read-only integrations are unchanged. The deployed repair was tested and independently reviewed with Opus 5.5. Per-tool behavior rationales are available for review. Existing listing copy, test cases, walkthrough and isolated reviewer account are retained; credentials stay in the private reviewer form."
