"shortDescription": "Customer Feedback Platform",
"longDescription": "Survicate is a customer feedback and survey platform. This plugin lets you analyze the survey responses collected in your Survicate workspace from ChatGPT. Ask what customers said about a topic and get an answer grounded in real survey responses, with citations. Pull NPS, CSAT and rating scores, read what detractors or promoters wrote, and browse the research projects, reports, insights and notes your team already has in Survicate Research Hub.\n\nYou can also create a new survey as a draft for a teammate to review, organize surveys into folders, start or stop a survey when you ask for it, fill a survey with sample responses for a demo, save a research note, start a research project, or archive surveys you no longer need.\n\nEvery request runs as you, with the Survicate permissions you already have. The plugin reads and writes only the surveys, results and research material you can see in Survicate. It never deletes surveys, responses or notes, never exports files, and never changes workspace or billing settings.\n\nA Survicate account with the User role or higher is required. You sign in to Survicate once when you add the plugin; there are no API keys.",
