The assistant suggests Mealuna recipes that fit your time, diet and what needs using up, or composes a new one in Mealuna's recipe format.\n\nEvery connection starts read-only. If you turn on Allow changes for it in the Mealuna app, the assistant can also add items to a shopping list, tick them into the cart, mark what ran out in the pantry, put meals into your menu plan as drafts you confirm in the app, set your favourite recipes, and save or edit your group's own recipes - always only when you ask, and never overwriting something that changed after it looked.\n\nYour food diary stays on your phone: to log a meal, the assistant gives you a link that opens Mealuna with the meal filled in, and nothing is saved until you press Log. Allergens and other health data are never sent to the assistant.\n\nRequires a Mealuna account. You sign in with Apple or Google, and the assistant tells you if AI assistant access is not available for the household you ask about. You can see and disconnect connections in the app under Settings > AI assistants.",
