ChatGPT can list their offers and applications, read the CVs of applicants who authorized review with AI assistants (without email, phone or RUT), and leave suggestions and notes in the EmpleoVivo panel. It never approves or rejects applicants and never writes to them: the recruiter confirms every decision on EmpleoVivo. The connection can be revoked at any time in My account > Connectors.",
