Invoicing and bookkeeping
invoiso is invoicing and bookkeeping software for small businesses. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your invoiso workspace so you can create, issue and email invoices and credit notes, record expenses and supplier bills, see what customers owe and what you owe suppliers, match payments and bank statement lines, manage contacts, products and stock, and ask for reports such as revenue, overdue invoices or VAT. Sign in with your invoiso account; the workspace you choose there is the one ChatGPT works in. Tools that send email, post to an accounting package, move money or delete something are marked as such, so ChatGPT asks before using them.",

The reply gives the invoice number and total and says it is a draft that has not been sent.
No commerce. invoiso is invoicing and bookkeeping software, and the plugin sells nothing to the ChatGPT user: it shows no plans or prices, links to no checkout, upgrade or billing page, and offers no subscription, credits or add-on. The tools about invoiso's own plan and prepaid usage balance are not offered to outside apps at all. When something is outside the workspace's plan, the tool says which plan includes it and changes nothing. The one money-related action is the user's own bookkeeping: it can put a payment link or QR code on an invoice the user has already issued to their own customer, who pays the user outside ChatGPT. Nothing is bought or sold in ChatGPT.
0.1.4 — Commerce: the three tools about invoiso's own subscription and prepaid usage balance (get_billing_status, get_usage_balance, set_usage_cap) are no longer offered to outside apps, so the plugin cannot show a plan, link to the Stripe billing portal or talk about topping up; refusals for a feature outside the workspace's plan name the plan and no longer link to the upgrade page or ask the user to renew or update a card; e-invoicing answers no longer quote a per-transaction price, a balance or a top-up. Annotations: every tool now sets idempotentHint explicitly as well as readOnlyHint, openWorldHint and destructiveHint. Writes that email somebody, and the 32 writes that issue, change, settle or reopen an invoice, credit note or bill — which, with automatic export on, are posted to the connected accounting package — are now open-world and destructive, and each such write's description ends with an 'Outside invoiso' paragraph saying what goes out. add_employee_payout_account, export_payment_file and create_landed_cost are destructive; run_recurring_invoice_now and the mailbox and Drive updates are not idempotent; update_contact is open-world (its reminder setting decides who is emailed). 0.1.3 — Adds the demo recording. Tools: those that issue, confirm or save an invoice, credit note or bill are marked open-world, since with automatic export on what they write reaches the connected accounting package; set_recurring_invoice_status and resolve_support_ticket are marked open-world too; every tool's title is also in its annotations; reply_on_support_ticket and preview_recurring_email take the text as `message` rather than `body`. 0.1.2 —The listing description no longer mentions plans. Tools: pull_from_accounting and import_marketplace_export are marked destructive, since both can replace values already stored in invoiso; create_contact and update_contact now say plainly that saving a contact sends nothing to anyone. Also in this release: reviving a cancelled recurring schedule no longer bills the periods it missed; workspace-administration tools refuse members who are not administrators, as the app does; and tools that change accounting, mailbox and Drive settings change only what they are given. 0.1.1 — Listing URLs, full description and lowercase name; annotations corrected; record_advance renamed record_employee_advance and request_archive renamed request_data_export (old names still work); every tool description checked against what the tool does."
