# Monarch — public AI compute plugin v1.0.2

Canonical MCP endpoint: `https://app.africacomputefund.com/mcp`

This public release exposes 19 individually defined customer tools for AI compute, datasets, models, voice catalogs, usage, and consented training/inference. Personal account access uses Monarch OAuth.

Use the new canonical endpoint for publication. Scan and confirm the 19 reviewed tools and OAuth before submitting to OpenAI. Payment checkout remains on Monarch's website.
